Every detail is intentional. Here’s what you get when you work with us.
Shed slabs and workshop slabs (residential)
Hot tub pads and equipment pads (scope-dependent)
Backyard structure slabs (pergola bases, outdoor features)
Reinforcement where needed for the intended use
Clean finishing and edgework
From first call to final walkthrough—here’s what to expect when you work with us.
We confirm what the slab will support, the desired size and location, and any access constraints for materials and equipment.
We prep the subgrade, set forms, and confirm elevations so the slab is laid out cleanly and drains appropriately for the site conditions.
We place reinforcement as needed, pour the slab, finish the surface, and plan joints to help manage shrinkage cracking.
We clean up and provide practical guidance on cure timing before placing heavy items or installing structures.
A slab that’s poured without the right prep can settle, crack excessively, or drain poorly. We install concrete slabs in Pearland and surrounding areas for a wide range of residential uses—sheds, backyard structures, equipment pads, and other flatwork needs.
We’ll talk through what the slab is for (and what load it needs to handle), then plan the base prep, reinforcement approach (if needed), and joint layout to match the use case.
We plan the slab around how it will be used, not just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Subgrade and base prep matter. We focus on building a slab that stays more stable over time.
A slab can be functional and look good. We aim for clean edges and consistent finishing.
You’ll know what we’re building, how it’s being built, and what to expect next.

Yes. Shed slabs and backyard project slabs are a common request. We’ll confirm size, access, and intended use during the walkthrough.
Usually, yes. Control joints help manage shrinkage cracking as the slab cures, which can improve the long-term appearance and performance.
Sometimes, yes. When flatwork is close to the home, grading and drainage become especially important. We’ll review the best approach for your layout.
Timing depends on conditions and the mix/cure environment. We’ll provide practical guidance after the pour based on your project needs.

“**UPDATE** The owner came through!! He let me know he had a family emergency he was dealing with that caused the delay. Once that was dealt with, he gave a day and time he would fix the door and came through as promised. . My experience started off as a great one. The work was done timely and good quality. The follow-up is where things fell apart. One month after the building settled, one of the doors that was a custom build no longer opened. I contacted the builder several times by text or phone to be promised he would come by to take care of it. I have yet to see them.”
“Brian did a great job replacing our fence for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.”
